Chelsea and the Outrageous Phone Bill

After Chelsea moves, she and her best girlfriend, Sid, spend a great deal of time talking long distance on the phone. In order to earn the money to pay for the calls, she begins doing odd jobs around the neighborhood, and that's when she meets Hannah. Now Chelsea feels guilty. She likes Hannah, but isn't she betraying Sid if Hannah becomes her new best friend?
