Dynamic Taekwondo Kyŏrugi

In 1994, Taekwondo, which originated long ago from Korea, was designed as an official Olympic sport. A traditional Korean martial art, Taekwondo is one of the world's fastest growing sports, with more than 30 million practitioners across the globe. The author, Kyong Myong Lee, is a grand-master of Taekwondo and the Deputy general Secretary of the World Taekwondo Federation. He felt strongly the need for a comprehensive reference for learners. He wrote this book to provide the best demonstration of practice and understanding of the theory about Taekwondo Kyorugi.
