The Black Stallion's Ghost

When Alec rides the Black into the Everglades one misty morning, he doesn't expect to see a living soul--let alone a mysterious rider on a ghostly gray mare. Intrigued, Alec accepts the strange rider's invitation to his isolated home in the swamp. But as Alec learns more about his host, he grows uneasy. The stranger's fear of a supernatural curse has driven him to the brink of insanity. By the time Alec realizes that the man is not only mad but also dangerous, it's too late.
